I keep wanting to get fit and change my diet but always seem to give up 3 weeks in. How do I not fall off the healthy lifestyle wagon?—Maisie

Hey there Maisie,

If there’s one thing we know is that sticking to a diet is hard as fuck.

But listen Maisie, we don’t know what you look like but what we do know is that it’s okay to not always have to eat healthy.

What is “healthy” anyways?

We all have our own idea of “healthy”.

Of course, when we think healthy we think of fruits and vegetables with a lean protein kinda diet.

The Working Girls are more of a eat what you want kinda group.

The word “diet” or “healthy” makes us cringe.

It’s normal to want to eat good whole foods for your body.

So instead of thinking too much about what is healthy and what isn’t, think about what you want to eat and how you can make it “cleaner” for your body.

Let’s say you want lasagna and we mean a real fucking lasagna no zucchini or eggplant bullshit slices but pasta.

We say EAT THE LASAGNA but not the whole tray of course!

One piece of that rich and creamy goodness and voilà!

Sticking to any diet is hard but it’s okay to eat the food you do crave.

Everything in moderation.
